Results

So this morning I decided Thursdays would be my weigh in day, just to keep track and then I plan to take my measurements once a month. That will be October 25th, but today I weighed myself and I lost 2 pounds! Wahoo! I have been working hard this week, and am glad to see that I lost a couple pounds. Oh and by the way I did level 3 today and oh my kick my butt! It is tough. I have a hard time doing push ups since I have NEVER been able to do them and I guess I have a rotator cuff injury on my right arm, so that makes it hard too. I think I am done rambling now.
